When Trevor Wasney first joined the hot tub industry in 1997, he operated out of a 400-square-foot showroom with nothing but a split hot tub model and pamphlets. Wasney is now the president and CEO of Jacuzzi Ontario, which boasts nine locations and a reputation as one of Canada’s most successful retailers. We chatted with Wasney about life as a spa dealer, his thoughts on the industry and his amazingly profitable recession years.
