Get a Health Boost with a Sauna Workout

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic is having a dramatic effect on the way we work. It has forced unprecedented numbers of people to work from home. For some of us, this might be a lasting change. There are definitely positives: no more commuting, fighting for a parking spot or paying for gas. But working from home (WFH) comes with its own set of challenges. Motivation can be difficult and communication skills have never been more important. It’s also tricky to keep up with your exercise regimen. Exercise is known as the key to maintaining physical and mental health. With that in mind, people are discovering that their Jacuzzi® Infrared Sauna isn’t just great for unwinding – it’s a great place to maximize a workout.

For people keen to combine sauna with their workout, but who aren’t particularly active at the moment, don’t worry. Just sitting in a sauna makes your body respond as if you were exercising already. “The general guidelines call for 25 to 30-minute sessions, where the temperature doesn’t exceed 165 degrees, but you should only stay in for as long as you feel comfortable. It’s not a competition!”
