Variable Optics™ Light Therapy
Jacuzzi® Light Therapy is the only light therapy unit available to the industry that uses state-of-the-art Variable Optics™. Most light therapy units on the market are equipped with only a single optical output at 30 degrees, which unfortunately limits the amount of light that can be absorbed by the human body. Both red and near infrared light can be absorbed into your skin through light receptors. When a single optic is used, there is only a single acceptance angle, meaning reduced absorption.
With Variable Optics™ technology, a combination of seven to 60-degree optics results in multiple cross acceptable angles of light waves. This process enables the light to travel better into our cells, meaning better absorption and more benefits.
How It Works
Jacuzzi® Light Therapy utilizes medical-grade LEDs to deliver the optimal wavelengths to the body, without adding additional heat. Each array is equipped with 70 red light LEDs in the 660 nm range and 70 near infrared LEDs in the 850 nm range. This unit is our most powerful and effective light therapy unit, as the production of up to 110 mw/cm² sets it apart from the rest.
