What is Low EMF in Infrared Saunas?
Low EMF stands for low electromagnetic field. Electromagnetic Fields are measured in milligauss (mG). According to the EPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency), human exposure should never exceed 3 milligauss. While inside an infrared sauna, the EMF levels are virtually undetectable.

What is Low ELF in Infrared Saunas?
Extremely low frequency, or ELF, radiation is at the low-energy end of the electromagnetic spectrum. ELF is generally referred to as the Electric Fields. You’re actually exposed to these fields when you are near or use an electrical appliance of any kind, from your oven to the toaster.
The question is, how does the strength of the electric field affect the human body?
